Taco Bell

It was like they didn't want to serve us. We stood at the order counter while two employees fought over who was going to help us. Finally another had to come from the back and then she helped us. She was friendly and nice. Then, as we were the only ones in the store and the drive thru was dead, they too twenty minutes to make 6 tacos. When we finally got them, they were sorry and gross. Then to top it off, they got my order wrong. Never going to this store again.

My wife and I stopped on Saturday, September 22, 2018. Good service and food. They were out of hard corn shells and substituted cool ranch for the same price. However, the men's and women's restrooms were entirely disgusting. I worry about the condition of the kitchen's cleanliness and the employees hands. Probably will choose a different place the next time we are in a hurry to grab something to eat.

Went to the drive through prepared to get breakfast for my family and no one responded in 5 minutes so I pulled through and parked then to find a piece of printer paper written on with pencil saying “sorry but we aren’t open till 11am. 10/07 -management” yet the restaurant had all the lights on. Really wish they would have at least put something on the drive thru so I wouldn’t have waisted my time. Only had an issue today otherwise food is good and service has been fine. Just irritated that I waisted my time when apparently they were closed

We ordered steak reaper burritos, we were told they were out of steak and chicken, then told chicken is available, only to see an extra $2.40 charge for chicken, requested beef instead to avoid the up charge, waited 20 minutes, even though no one was in front of us. I see the boxes of food looked soupy, asked staff if these were the burritos, staff says yes to both , get home and open them, and it's the reaper fries, so frustrating, staff wandered aimlessly in store, while we waited, will never go back.

I come here every two weeks or so and haven't been disappointed yet. I usually go through the drive thru. However, I did make it inside once and that was a regretful decision sure to the lack of basic cleaning up after the customers. From an overall standing on how good is it compared to other taco bells, it would have to be in the upper echelon compared to other Taco Bells I have been to. I never leave disappointed and get exactly what it's expected.

I went through the drive thru. They messed up my order so I had to go back, wasting my time and gas. The inside was absolutely filthy. I didn't get my food replaced for free even though I brought back the messed up order and the item is only $1.06 after tax. The Taco Bell in my home town would have refunded my money, remade my food, and gave me a free order of cinnamon twists. The same woman helped me both times. She was playing candy crush on her tablet at the front counter while I was talking to her. She was very rude. She didn't smile and didn't thank me. I told her "have a nice day" and she didn't respond to it. The food I bought for my kids was not good. We ended up throwing away most of it. My kids love Taco Bell, but we will never go back to this location ever again.

Went inside and food took awhile to come out, half was cold. Took back up and 15 minutes later had to go back since we still didn't receive the new food. Took about 10 minutes for them to make it. Store was dirty and employees just seemed to want to talk with each other. What should have taken a half hour from start to finish took an hour
