Subway

I'm not sure who owns this Subway but they should be reported to franchise shoppers. If you go in after 16:30, usually only couple bread types to choose from. Never any soup, sometimes toaster works and sometimes it doesn't. Which means only cold sandwiches, and veggies never seem to fresh. I'm sure like Everyone else they will blame it on Coronavirus. 🤔🤨

Employees were friendly, looked a little short on vegetables, bread was not real fresh, but edible. No Tea available period. Soda in cold box were hot (refrigerator not working). Nothing was said about that. Got a diet coke from the fountain and the ratio was way off. Not much of a selection of chips, ate my meal and left.

This place offers anything but fresh food. The lettuce was wilted and i almost left before ordering. I really was craving a sub so i just cut the lettuce (i love fresh lettuce). When i got to the vegetable section, i waited while an employee tried to figure out how to change out the paper towel dispenser for five minutes. Then he noticed that i was there and thank God, he washed his hands but ever so slowly. Then he was stingy with what i asked for. Not once speaking to me. When done, he shoved both sandwiches into a single bag and i had to ask for a bag to put 4 bags of chips into and i felt like he was so inconvenienced by this. Almost makes me want to go to the one inside WalMart but i think its the same owners so it'd probably be the same. 😯 I don't know...

Terrible customer service. For example I mentioned to the on duty manager that one of his employees was somewhat rude to me and suggested that he speak with them on the importance of customer service. Instead of doing so, he and the employees made it out to be some kind of joke, to which I must’ve missed the punchline . Also, The vegetables just never look fresh anymore no matter what time you go in. To be honest It’s better to just go to the one inside wal mart. The employees over there are much more pleasant.
