Hardee's

We went in for lunch and order our meals with curley fries only to be told they were out. They didn’t say anything to us other than we are out. No apologies for the manager not being able to order a truck properly. So we ordered onions rings and when we got them you could tell they had thawed out and been refrozen because one of the rings was like 6 melted together. Very nasty and over cooked as well. Then we had to come to the counter to get the food but everyone else after us had their food delivered to their tables but the staff. Very unprofessional.

Quite introverted staff. They don't seem to like people. We dined in and they put out food in bags with sandwiches in one and fries in the other. Not very convenient when dining with a lot of people. Would it be too much to write which is which on the bag or put them in baskets like at Subway or spangles?

Food took over 25 minutes they ran out of lids for the medium drinks completely. When a line formed at the counter of people looking for their food the manager complained that she only had three people on the clock. A year later we gave it another try place was empty and took just over 20 minutes. The food was fresh and hot so that is a plus and helps understand some of the wait.
