Ruby Tuesday

This visit, the waitress was in training, and her and the trainer were nice. Too nice. I wanted to try the new fruit teas, and asked if it was syrup and tea, fruit and tea, etc. Neither of them were sure because they hadn't tried it and they didn't like tea. So I ordered it, and it was what I expected, overly sweetened tea with fruit. I really liked the fruit, they checked in with how I liked it, and said it was sweeter than I liked, but it was fine. Well the trainer had the trainee on it like that was the new mission for the evening. Three teas later, they were happy with my response, and food was allowed to come out it seemed. Yep, food did not come out during all of the teas. A salad really doesn't seem like that much prep, and a hamburger for my dining partner that was ordered rare, but 40 minutes on perfecting drinks when it wasn't busy was at least interesting. I usually just like to get the salad bar here, but I tried a regularly made salad this visit. It was alright. There weren't a few ingredients on it like the menu had, but it was still alright. I didn't want to make a fuss, and the waitresses were training, so after the drinks, it definitely was not worth it to say they forgot the bacon. There was not a lot of chicken on it either, but the lettuce was fresh and I liked that they put the dressing on the side. I think I'll stick to my salad bar, and I learned I should probably just go for water or something not new. Asking less questions would make them more comfortable in serving, and then we'll be happier in not spending so much time at a restaurant

Lousy service. Was seated and waited 10 minutes and no wait staff came. I went to the host stand and told them and she assured me someone would be over. Waited 5 more minutes, the waitress finally came. Placed the drink and food order at the same time. Waited 15 minutes for drinks and waited 45 minutes for the food. There were only 4 other groups in the restaurant. The food tasted like it had been microwaved. The waitress was very nice and I don’t blame her but the wait times to say the least were a bit excessive. When getting ready to leave I had seen the manager walking around the store but didn’t say anything to anyone. I will NEVER visit this restaurant again.

Basic food, outdated decor, a bit dirty, and priced a bit high for what you get. You have to wait to be seated and the staff is busy talking rather than seating, taking orders, etc. I was in the mall with my son's and his friends, we stopped for a quick bite. It was this or the food court. We should of went to the food court or elsewhere. I won't be returning. Just my two cents.. Thanks!

We usually have a great time but last night we got there around 8:30. Not busy at all and my food was terrible. All of the fries were stuck together and the shrimp looked awful and some of them stuck together. Aron the bartender did his best to accommodate me but i wasn't satisfied with him only taking 5$ off my bill my meal should been have free. Get people that care about what they're being paid to do
