Subway

I worked around the corner and I was always swamped with work. Eventually, I would take a few minutes to run to the corner and grab a sandwich. Not one time, not ONE time, was I ever forced to go somewhere else, or huff and puff and check my watch obsessively. I walked in the door, they greeted me, they made my sandwich within 1 minute of my arrival, and I was back out the door within 6-10 min tops. Plus, they are fun and easy going employees and I appreciate that. I say four stars in atmosphere only due to the location, which can be a little nutty at times. You’ll have the occasional transient causing a problem or screaming out front of the store on the streets, but that’s life. Plus, I saw an employee handle that right away one time. Walked outside, asked them to move up the street and away from the door, and kept it low key. The guy did as asked and that was that. No big deal. Store was clean and I’m sorry I’m not there as often but it is only because I don’t work downtown any longer.

EXCELLENT Customer Experience! Went in for takeout and the young lady ALONE at the counter was the epitome of SERVICE. It was non-stop customers coming-in and though it was no less than 4 customers in line, she was greeting, welcoming, order-taking, doing the orders, cashiering AND doing all those with great service and smile! I wasn't too happy at first that Subway was the nearest and most convenient food if one is on "time watch" doing one's civic duty, but, after such great experience, lunch was just much more satisfying! Nice place which has veggie options, though limited. Variety of bread and an assortment of veggies and sauces to make your own sandwich. Place is clean. Only one of two bathrooms worked. The one which was in working condition needed some cleaning. Prices for a 12 inch veggie sandwich with a bag of chips was under $8.00. Friendly and helpful staff.

A usual fast food sandwich shop. Had veggie, bread, and condiment choices. Also you make your own sandwich. Service is a little slow as I went at the beginning of the busy lunch hour. Access to restrooms is restricted. Need to get a code from the staff in the front which they gave with no hassle. One of the two unisex bathrooms would not open. Place was reasonably clean. Reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall a nice place for a reasonably priced veggie sandwitch lunch under $8.00 for a 12 inch veggie sandwich and a bag of chips. Good value for your money.

Really an excellent place to have it quick and healthy meal. I had a footlong pit smoked brisket I ate it on jalapeno and cheese bread The young gentleman behind the counter suggested that I met eat the sandwich which would be in accordance to subways recommendations I took his word for it and wow it really was a fantastic sandwich it was just loadedwith smoked brisket and wow I mean we're talking about a pound of pit smoked brisket it was so good it was ridiculous how good it was. Anywaythe sandwiches great the service is great in your employee was very knowledgeable and made an excellent presentation

Subway's always great I did enjoy it very much. I was happy because I had just bought a hot dog at the hot dog cart downtownand I decided I did not want to pay the exorbitant price for the chips and drink with my hotdog. So I went ahead and walk over to Subway and got some cookies and soda was kind enough to both let me use the restroom which is pretty much unheard of downtown. In addition she loved me to sit n eat my hot dog and my chips and soda inside Subway. and what was even more remarkable was she allowed me to borrow her cell phone as my cell phone at ran out of juice the battery was dead and I really needed to make a call.
