Nice staffs, busy restaurant. Just wish their system will update when running out of stuff that customers order to keep delivering easier and faster.

Friendly staff, decent food. Though sometimes the food is hit or miss. Overall, a good place to get a quick bite to eat.

I stopped by to pick up a meal after getting my car fixed. I went through the drive through. They said they were out of fried rice and it would be done soon. I agreed to wait. After 10 minutes I went in and they were out of fried rice and my main course. They suggested I come back tomorrow. They offered me something else and said they could not refund my money. I refused and said I would be calling the police and I was not going to leave without a refund or my order. I did get a cash refund however it took about half an hour.

We have ordered here twice both times terrible service. First time our pick up order was 20 minutes late current staffing issues in restaurants understandable. But when arrived they asked for name walked away didn't say a word until it was finished. Second order a delivery forgot a whole entree when called the restaurant as 1 person in our family will not eat now the manager laughed said oh its here I can offer you store credit but stated clearly panda express issues no refunds. Would not give me a district manager contact in email form nor a refund as we will not return to this restaurant. Go to any other panda in the area the manager and staff here just don't care.

Did the drive thru got home & we got 3 orders of burned fried rice and very little chicken.

Stopped by location on 104th ave. Store hours are supposed to be until 10pm through the work week. Store doors were locked at just after 9. May want to post actual business hours up on site, Google and business that reflects this.

I waited in the drive thru for 35 mins, got to the order screen and they're out of teriyaki chicken. They said they could cook some more but i had to wait. So i opted for the wait. Then she changed her mind and said they were out. Couldn't you have placed something outside that said you were out? What irks me is the same exact thing happened to me at a different location, I'm done with panda express. Wack service.

Food was extremely oily, and very salty. The spicy items were probably a scoville of 0. They need to cut back the oil and salt by a lot and start adding actual chilis to the food. The staff however was extremely pleasant and wonderful!
