Panda Express

My husband and I love this place, when we are in this shopping center it is one of the stops that cannot be missed, the team is very attentive, they are patient and I love that they know how to speak English and Spanish and the food is great, we love orange chicken with rice and we love fortune cookies, if you haven't gone you have to!

The staff at the Cherry Creek Panda Express went above and beyond this Easter Sunday when DoorDash dropped the ball and were not able to deliver our catering order for the child residents of our mental health facility. The staff prepared food on a day when they would typically be closed, and a staff member personally delivered the food to our facility. That's amazing customer service, and we appreciate them immensely.

As I work in Cherry Creek on Friday, I have a limited amount of time to go and get lunch. While there are a variety of great restaurants in Cherry Creek that can satisfy even the most discerning palates, I need something that's fast, and allows me time to "get and go" so to speak. The Panda Express in the Cherry Creek Mall fills the bill. The Panda offered a variety of food, and one of my favorites is the Teriyaki Grilled Chicken, and the Shanghai Angus Steak. Along with a generous helping of Fried Rice, the two entree plate is enough hold me over until dinner...or not, as the Panda doesn't scrimp on their servings. If I get there before 1230, the line isn't too long, and I am normally in and out in about 10-15 minutes. I might also add that for the amount of food you get, the price is very reasonable indeed. Another thing I like about the Panda, is that they also help Children's Hospital out, and they ask if you would like to help at the checkout register. Just add whatever you would like and the extra goes to a worthy cause. A noble endeavor in my opinion. So if you work in the Cherry Creek area, and are looking for delicious food that is served up generously, hot, fast, and affordable because lunch time is at a premium, then the Panda Express in the Cherry Creek Mall will satisfy your lunch time cravings. Bravo Zulu, guys!!

I don't know his name but I think he is apart of management. He was in the kitchen cooking and immediately greeted me and my family upon arrival. He also made conversation with us and told us to have a great holiday. All the times we have been to this franchise, we have never been greeted with such enthusiasm and respect. We actually decided to dine in because of the customer service. The food was actually still hot and fresh when we got it this time too. Most times it is just warm and on the verge of being cold. I really hope they keep this up, because it's working. I give 4 stars because I would like to see all the workers this way towards customers.

This Panda is my favorite for one reason, the orange chicken isn't in massive chunks but is a bunch of bite size pieces. Aside from the orange chicken the staff here are some of the fastest and most efficient. When they are out of something when you order they got the extra mile to bring the food out to you after you have got your seat. They even tracked me down when I was seated out in the main mall hall 200 feet from the Panda.

The staff here got to know me pretty well, because I went there every work break I had. As soon as they saw my face, they would jump on my regular order. Fast, accurate and friendly employees and the food is a bit better quality than others Pandas I've been to, I'm sure it has to do with the fact that it's at a mall. So, it never sits too long before more food has to be made. Overall a nice experience with everything!
