Drive through messed up order for my two kids on school lunch break, easy order… happy meal and double cheeseburger and shake. The woman asked for food back and said it was correct let me see your receipt, of course I did not get the receipt. So…. She took the hamburger out and put in happy meal box with a fry, no toy, no drink…. That does not work for a kid. They started eating their food and while the while I tried to get the rest of the order sorted. I asked them just to refund and re-ring correctly but I needed a drink and toy, another woman came to the window and said we need the food back, I said they are eating I need to get them back to school. She said we can’t refund and correct without the food. Seemed odd, but literally took the food from their mouths and gave it back. She then handed me back my money and told me to get back in line. Just unbelievable. I know I am one customer but this is just one too many bad experiences. Never again.

The girl inside was very rude. She only gave me 1/2 my order. I also was carrying 4 drinks. I asked her if they had a carton to help with the drinks which she responded no. Then I spilled everything. The manager was very nice. He gave me fresh everything and I asked him why she lied. If you don’t like your job please quit. I was purchasing lunch for my coworkers. Not one time was I rude to her.

A big shout-out to Hector, the Manager on duty this morning! He has great customer service and jumps in to assist his staff. The food was hot and fresh. And I want to thank the staff too. So many places are shorthanded so THANKS for showing b up to work.

The minute I got in line I knew it was a mistake. They were incredibly slow… when we finally got to the window to get our food, our smoothie was half full. I asked if someone took a drink of it? She said, that is how our machine makes it. We drive off- food is cold.. then we look down at the smoothie- and it is everywhere!!! The reason it was half full is because they dropped it on the ground- it cracked the cup- then they proceeded to serve it to us. Despicable…. Obviously we threw it away.

Quality of food and service has just not been what one would expect from a company as old as McDonalds. Would rather wait at Whataburger for an extra 5 minutes and get a much higher quality product for the same price. They just aren't as affordable as they used to either.
Quality of food is sub par as well, even for a McDonald's. Your order will undoubtedly have a mistake or missing item.
Just go to the Taco Bell or even the Chicken Express.

Without fail this location can't get even half of a 3 meal order correct. I called to talk about how messed up our order was and the manager was so rude I had to ask for her name she refused to even give that until I asked a 4th time, Anna. A big issue was that we asked at the speaker and at the window for at least a drink to be correct for a diabetic to get unsweet tea (one of the multiple problems in the order) because she was so very rude I asked for her managers name that took 3 asks before she said Jose. This location needs a total revaluation of management

I was trying to make an order using my app daily deals with self service, I had put in my daily deal then decided to use another one and it told me I had to wait 15 minutes although I canceled the last coupon. So I go to the counter waited then a lady worker who was pregnant comes over after I had to called for assistance after being ignored, and told her I was trying to make an order and it saying I have to wait 15 minutes she replies” we don’t know how to work the app we don’t use it we’re not trained“ and hunched her shoulders and then said “ what you want me to do” so I replied “I didn’t need you to be rude I was asking because I wasn’t sure” and asked for her manager she replied “I am a manager” and she proceeds to stare and try to intimidate me. I asked for her name and she said she don’t have to give that information and was not wearing a badge. So I walk over to the next lady who stated she was a manager, name tag that said “ Brenda”, so I said Brenda are you the manager, she replied “my name isn’t Brenda, this isn’t my name tag” so I asked for corporates information and she slammed down a larger cup and said “it’s on the back” and walked off. I was a manager at McDonalds back in 2010 when I was in high school and never would have been able to talk to A customer this way, my manager was professional and made sure he exalt that same Quality they taught us from the McDonald’s University. People do so much for power and these days

Literally the absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my entire life. The food was extremely stale and the bread was hard. I asked the employee if he could add an extra patty to my burger and he just said ”No” and I asked him why and he said “it’s not popping up” then proceeded to hand me my drink with Coke spilling all down the side of it.
