Long John Silver's

Food was served fresh and hot. Fish, hushpuppies, fries and crumbs all served hot. Most excellent! However, I didn't see any iced tea at the drink station, nor any self serve catsup. I was given catsup packets, but the catsup was French's brand. Nothing compares to Heinz catsup. Overall it was a good meal and experience.

Dining at this long standing restaurant(name) for the first time in many years was pure joy. Kinda a "flashback" to earlier times. A friend and I decided to have lunch here after a morning appointment. Boy, we were not disappointed. The two piece "fish and chip" meal that we both selected, was hot, fresh and had a great flavor. The restaurant also offer additional sides, other than fries, such as coleslaw, etc. And the hush puppies were as good as I remembered. The price point was very good! Customer service was also good. I do recommend dining here...it's a good choice.

All of the chicken that went with my order didn't make it into the box. Some of the chicken that did make it was so rubbery that it couldn't be eaten and one of the pieces of fish tasted like it had been allowed to sit out and then refried. The only reason it got two states is because the fries and the hush puppies were really good. I won't be returning to this location. $30 is to much for a meal where half of it goes into the trash.

Staff is super friendly and the food was fresh and Hot! Really enjoyed my lunch. I would have given 5 stars but the floor is super slick and I almost fell... (Need to have a company come in to degreese the floor and throw away all your mop heads and have separate mops for dinning and kitchen) Big law suit waiting to happen!

It was ok the floors are so freaking slippery. I was terrified of ending up doing the splits. I was so afraid for an elderly couple that came in however the food was hot and good. Pls. for the love of God stop using the kitchen mop on the dining room floor. A customer could fall and seriously hurt themselves.

ABSOLUTE POOR EXCUSE FOR A RESTAURANT! My wife's birthday was last week. Due to weather we couldn't get out. Last night I asked where she wanted to eat that we couldn't get where we live. She said Lonh John Silvers, so we called before we drove 46 miles and almost an hours drive to make sure they were open in Denton, Tx. They said they would be open to 9-9:30pm which we thought was a weird answer since their posted hours said 10pm, but since the Pandemic is the reason we "call before we drive". After driving that far, we pulled up to the restaurant. A lady in the restaurant was taping a piece of paper to the door as we got out of the car. She then locked the door as we were walking up to the door and she turned to walk off when I knocked on the door and refused to talk to us. THIS WAS AT 7:50PM! We called them, she answered and I told her we had called and what they said. She refused to even listed or do anything but said" I said we would be open but didn't say out lobby would be" she got very rude like it was a game. I stated that we had just drove almost an hour, she pointed yo the sign she put on the door. I knocked several times and another red headed girl who was sitting in a booth came up and pointed to the sign they taped to the door. This girl had been sitting doing nothing but playing on her phone. We called and knocked on the door but when I told them we were going to call their owner, they said "I don't care, call them!" It was very onvious they could care less. DON'T SPEND A DIME IN THIS PLACE. WE WON'T EVER MAKE A DRIVE LIKE THAT TO A PLACE WHO TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS THIS WAY!!! NO WONDER THEY KEEP GOING OUT OF BUSINESS AND AREN'T MANY AROUND ANYMORE!
