Wendy's

Cashier, Michael came out to say someone would be right with me...then came back out after 5 minutes with a cash drawer only to count it as I watched. Came to the wrong amount apparently because he then RETURNED to the back for another 5 minutes before FINALLY taking my order. I don't know how it is these days, but when I worked fast food, we were told to move a whole lot faster than that.

They are on the ball but tonight not quite. Ordered a online order, when I pulled up they said it was picked up already. That was not the case as I clearly didn’t receive it. I was parked so it can be remade. 10 min pass no food, pulled around and they said it was already ready pulled up as soon as I did was handed bag with wrong drink verified it. Still wrong pulled up the items list to tell them my true order still wasn’t correct. I don’t know what the issue was but clearly mistakes were made as I run my own restaurant I understand mistakes are made so I will be going by the next day so they can make it right. That’s the true way to handle it but for now I will rate my experience.

This place always forgets something I order, literally every time. I went back to pick up my 10 piece that clearly wasn’t placed in my bag! And the manager said “ we didn’t forget your nuggets “ while handing them to me in a separate bag lmao. If you can’t bite your tongue while working fast food then gtfo. I’ve served this manager from Wendy’s at the restaurant I work at here in Deming ! Had to deal with one snobby attitude, but wouldn’t catch me making smart remarks to my customers.

I went about 8:45-9:00P.M. they were very polite, i ordered a chile bowl, 3, 4 piece nuggets & a small fry. (I asked for them fresh) so when i pulled up to the window i was given the chile beans & was asked to pull forward. I then pulled forward & waited 10 minutes, i seen no one coming my way. So i parked & went in, when i walked in they had completey forgot about my order. They were polite to give me 3, 6 pieces for the wait but the fries were practically gone & given to another car, my fries were not fresh as i waited 10+ minutes & they were extremely salty.

Was in a long line...they were trying to accommodate two school buses....when I got to window to pay for single and small drink gave girl CC she told me price but she was flustered and couldn't give receipt. Picked up my order.....down the road opened bag....wrong order...gave me meal with fries. Wasn't till next day when I cked bank transactions that I noticed a charge FROM WENDY'S FOR $29.76 FOR A SINGLE AND SMALL DRINK.....CALLED MGR AND THEY REFUSED A REFUND.....NEVER GO BACK !!

Ok so we know that fast food is having staffing issues, but this one needs some serious management. There was a delivery truck there when we arrived. Apparently this made everything slow down. We finally made it to the speaker (18 minutes later). And ordered 1 single item. A strawberry frosty. Saw it advertised was really looking forward to trying it. When we made it to Amy she said it was $1.61. We handed her $20.01. She said she couldn't give change for a $20. It's 3pm (banks are still open). So luckly we dug up $2.00. When it was handed to her, it seemed to confuse her. Finally we had to tell her what she owed us. Then proceeded to try and give us a regular chocolate one. By the time we made it out of there is was 30 minutes for 1 frosty. I know she didn't give us a receipt so we couldn't leave a comment.i can tell you this, we won't ever go to this wendys ever again. Ps: frosty are not supposed to be soupy

Took my order wrong, made me pull over to waiting area then there was another car that pulled over for there order. Waited 15 minutes. Manager comes out with the other cars order and comes and asked me about what I ordered and he goes back in waited another 5 more minutes. There are a lot of workers but very unorganized no structure. Need more adults less children
