Dunkin'

Walked in and was promptly ignored by three different girls who couldn’t be bothered to say hello. Stared at their backs while they prepared 2 coffees and a sandwich for a customer waiting outside. No stock in their cooler and dirty anyway. Went up the street to Starbucks - better service, better coffee. You get what you pay for!

This worker looked at me coming in and continued doing something in the lobby area, while there was nobody else to help me. After waiting like 5 minutes the worker eventually slowly walked to the front and asked me what I wanted. The worker gave me the drink. I said thank you but I didn’t get a response back. Just a stare… all that and the coffee was bad… hahaha oh some people really try to make customers feel unwelcome… screw this location.

I’ve come to this Dunkin many many times, usually in the AM. They are the slowest Dunkin I’ve ever seen. They don’t even have a functioning drive thru window just online orders and in store counter and still can’t keep up. During the busiest times in the morning when you need to be on your game, doesn’t matter. The girl was draining an ice bucket right in front of the doughnuts and register, and doesn’t even stop to ask “how can I help you” or provide service instead she gets on her phone and starts scrolling. I’ve worked food/customer service. When a customer comes in, you need to provide service to the customer. Unless you’re ordering a black coffee, good luck. The coffee is either black or looks like straight milk and sugar. Okay there is no in between. Theres just no urgency for customers. Everyone just lackadaisically walks around. The only reason this place is still in business is convenience of location as it’s the only one around close to businesses.

I am a crew member at Dunkin’ Donuts. Morning shift: very busy sometimes slow and sometimes fast. Depends if we are short on staff. if you have a online order PLEASEEEE pick it up outside the window. Some customers come in the store and get mad at employees when they have been waiting for 15 minutes. It’s because you need to go to the window. You can just open the window and go. You don’t have to wait for an employee to open it. Yes you can ask for a straw if you can’t reach it. Also most of the time online ppl don’t get their donuts and munchkins because some people steal them. So we wait for the customer to come. I don’t say this in a mean way. I just want some people to know. Night shift: it is very understaffed at times. So we f you come to the store with no one at counter then please be patient. They might be preparing an online prefer or making food. They are not ignoring you. Some customers may say the staff is rude but they are not. One of them have a loud voice so it can easily be mistaken as being rude. On that note this Dunkin’ Donuts is great. We do our best to provide what you need. And of course some customers have bad experiences. It happens. But overall it’s great. If you are waiting for a long time on food then it is most likely because the food station is backed up. Please be patient with us. Also when you get your items I beg of you to please make sure you are getting YOUR stuff. So many customers take the wrong things. Here is some info that I think customers might want to know: -They charge for water, any extra cups, and jelly condiments - donuts are thrown away every night -the veggie egg whites, toasted white chocolate, and everything bagels have discontinued at this store. We have chive and onion mini bagels as of 1/14/2022. -the women’s restroom is out of order so you can use the men’s -we have paper straws only -we do delivery via door dash, Uber eats, and Grubhub —you can get munchkins in any count. We also have a 25 count box and a 50 count box That’s all. Have a nice day!
