I have gone here multiple times. It always seems like there is something. They have messed up about every order I have placed. It is extremely frustrating, especially if you're in a hurry. I will give them an A+ for their personality as they have been extremely polite to me when dealing with them. Otherwise, if not for they, I would not give them any stars.

I have given this location so many second chances. I placed an online order for the first time a little bit ago. I had a few modifications on it so didn't really expect much from them. I went to pick up my order and waited maybe only 3 minutes at the window and my food was brought to me. MY first thought was, "Yep that was way too quick to have my order correct". I got home to realize it was exactly how I ordered it online, fast and hot! I would think with the renovation of this location perhaps the crew did some other team building skills or such. I am HIGHLY impressed with today's order. KUDOS!!

Over the last few years this specific Taco Bell location has made huge strides! I think they are top notch when it comes to customer service. Each time I've been there I've been greeted in an upbeat and friendly manner. I'm always asked if I'd like any sauces with my order and if the order on the screen is accurate. When I reach the window, I'm again greeted in a professional and friendly manner. The food has improved in flavor at this location over last few years too, there was a time long ago that I couldn't stand this specific location and the lack of care I felt went into their work, attention to detail, and such. It's like night and day now, such a positive difference .... it's so nice see people working there that truely seem to care about their place of employment and their customers - it shows! I'm now a loyal Taco Bell customer.
