Just picked up a ten piece meal for 33.00 and the piece of chicken over cooked and pieces of chicken were small, and didn't get original which I ordered.. Will not go back again. The biscuits were hard and not fresh. The quality has dropped immensely.

We went through drive thru 20 minutes before closing. Asked for original bucket. They told us they didn't have any breasts and gave us extra wings and drumsticks. Got home and most of the bucket was crispy. 2 pieces of original. Why do they not offer to cook fresh per order late, if you are willing to wait? Sad, there were 2 cars behind us. Could tell the biscuits had been sitting around a while. Not impressed at all.

We stopped there at 4:30. I thought we would surely get nice fresh food at that time of day.
The chicken was dry and seemed like it had been sitting too long. The corn was cold. The biscuits were dried out.
Disappointed with the food, and it sure isn't cheap!

It's closed. You can't go in the lobby to pick up or dine in. All you chain restaurants staying closed are idiots because now I'm going to the small businesses like Elizabeth's which I can always count on. They've better service and better food anyways.

Food was fresh and good. Drive through went quick for us. I was surprised to see how different KFC was in America for selections as well as the gravy recipe and skin recipe different than what I was used to in Canada, never expected to be trying mashed potatoes or biscuits at a KFC! But I was satisfied and would go back!

I asked for 2 simple things. A big mac. And a whopper. They then said they "didn't have it". If you ask me, that's just lazy service.

Ordered 6 of the KFC bowls no one informed us that they are getting rid of the popcorn chicken, and not using cheese on them anymore. When calling to inform the manager that our order was messed up all she did was argue with me that she made them all herself and knows she did it correctly while I'm trying to explain to her I'm eating it rn and no it is missing ingredients. So poor quality of food, poor and rude service and if I could have left it no stars I would. Horrible horrible horrible.

What's not to love about KFC? Yes, I know, the Colonel serves up a bucket of carbs, fat and fried thingies. EXACTLY what my Yen demands. Don't have it often but when I do, no complaints!
