Sonic Drive-in

I enjoy Sonic Drive-in and its food consistency across most of its stores This store is an exception. On 3 different visits, my burger patties were burnt so bad that I couldn’t chew them. When I complained I was told that the cooking time is a corporate decision. If this is a corporate decision, then why is it that I have never had this issue at any other stores?

I love to drive my car to Sonics in DELANO California for a cold refreshment. On every occasion the drive through is so slow. I have waited over thirty minutes to order at which time the staff a female tells me that the shake machine is broken. This has happened more often than not. The last time she told me her boss overhead her and asked her why she was lying to customers? Also they never mix the shakes properly. I have also been served the wrong order. The service is horrible. The owner has a fabulous franchise but the service and wait time is just horrible. The poor manager is very nice and conscience but he is overworked trying to pickup the slack behind the lazy staff that he has working for him.

Service sucks not good. I was waiting at the drive thru for a good 5 minutes I could here the employees but they would not assist me. I then decided to drive up to the window and I could see them in the restaurant and they did not come to the window. It was breakfast time and I was on a work route with a short amount of time for a quick break. Due to their incompetence I was unable to take a lunch. Thanks Sonic for the poor customer service. I will no longer be a regular customer.
