Burger King

To begin, I'll say they were doing ok for what they had to work with. There was only 3 people working at about 5pm. We went through the drive-thru, were asked to pull up, and waited almost 25 minutes to get 1 whopper, 1 Ch'King, 2 double cheeseburgers, 3 fries, 1 onion rings, 2 sprites, and 1 coke. The fries and onion rings were completely cold. The chicken was not spicy and did not have onions on it...and I took it back in (waited another 13 minutes to ask for the correct sandwich)...just for them to try an put hot sauce an onions on the same hard, dry sandwich. Í asked for a fresh sandwich, which I did get another 11 minutes later. (That one was delicious though!!) But everyone else was done and ready to go before I even started...an my onion rings were super cool, hard, an nasty by then. But they were trying. (One seemed really new an more interested in their phone, an none had a real sense of urgency to get people's food to them while it was still warm though)

Went on Sunday for lunch. Worst experience ever and not just mine. There were 3 employees running drive thru and in store, they were completely overwhelmed, NOT THERE FAULT!!!. This was a poor management problem!!! We waited for 20+ mins for a small order, there were others that had been there for 30 mins. They closed the lobby, which was a huge loss for the restaurant, they turned many back. The employees were about to all quit so, I get they did what they had to do. When I got my food 1 employee had already left, which left only 2 employees. I will try again soon and change my review accordingly.

Recently moved back to the area, so we thought why not lets give the drive thru a shot and see what they truely deserve. We cant complain bc were the 4th car back & the lined moved smoothly for fast food. We ordered our food and Veroica was super professional & nice. We got our order & it was on point. The Manager was busting his tail working several positions bc of low staff and some walking out. He amazed me bc he was still smiling and had a positive outlook. Our food was great, fresh and as we ordered it. I would give a 10 for all this team had to do to keep Burger King going at this point. Yall are rock stars and I definitely will be a local.. Keep doing well Lewis and doing the best you can in any situation!!
