The Taco Bell on S. Woodland in DeLand, FL does an excellent job! This is my favorite Taco Bell to visit in the area. The food is hot, well made, and the orders are always correct! I like they take the time to mark their boxes when more than one is ordered. The inside is kept clean. The staff is amazing; they are friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu! Thank you and keep up the great service!

So I ask for a party box they gave us a bag we ask if that was the new packaging and she said yes.not mentioning that have of the tacos was not wrap the way they should. for the drinks forget about the straw. 😡😡😡

Poor experience on today's trip 2/1/22. Question for store mgr... Do the employees working the drive-thru only speak when they're talking on the speaker taking the order? I pulled up to the window the other day and the young lady working at the window was non-responsive when I said hello thank you and have a nice day. The other lady that was standing next to her was just taking orders on the speaker but didn't acknowledge me either but I understand she was busy. I get it, it's Taco Bell but those are the basics. I'll enjoy the response, thank you.

Fast service, good food. Great prices. Food was made quickly and correctly, and staff was friendly. There were few other patrons. Counters were not clean, tables were not clean. Took several minutes to be waited on.

Got my order wrong and I had already driven away before noticing. Went back and a new window person happily helped me. If all of the folks working there was as good as the second one, their rating would be higher.

The slowest staff in the world infact so slow that i stood inside for over 30 minutes and nobody even took my order, they were moving slower than a sloth and they were complaining about the customers and door dash drivers. Worst taco bell ive ever been to, management needs to step it up
Even the door dash driver had been waiting 45+ minutes for his order. Literally worth driving to the other taco bell by tactor supply because by the time you drive to the other one get your food and come past this one they still wouldnt even realize you’re trying to get food

Went to North DeLand, Fl store late last night. The “person “ working at the drive thru window should probably not have a job as they were the most unprofessional I ever encountered. I am not a prude, just someone who expects just a little professionalism in their daily life.

Took 10 min of the employees chatting before realizing our order had not been taken... Then the order was wrong. They did correct the order but still.... Wake up Taco Bell
