Chili's

We have been here twice in the last few weeks and the hostess told us it would be 45 minutes to an hour to even get seated. There waas at most ten tables in the entire restaurant. It was around 930 pm on a Tuesday and they close at 11 pm. Just ridiculous. I don't usually leave bad reviews because maybe it was a one time thing. But this needs to be said. We ended up joining my parents table of 2, at the angst of the hostess. Our waiter was a champ though. His name was Roy. Absolutely fabulous waiter. And quick! The food came out quicker than we could even eat it after appetizers. So really the bad experience just comes down to the hostess....

The host (young, male) was amazing. He was so sweet and kind. Made sure we told management he was amazing. Our server, Christine, was the opposite. She's excessively LOUD and confrontational. In addition, we were not offered refills until it was time to pay. We asked for a spoon and Christine never brought one to the table. Ordered a glass of Merlot which didn't come until after the food arrived, and it was warm. One of our orders of meat was still raw, which Jenn took care of but Christine was confrontational about. Overall, the service was terrible.

I have had bad experiences at this location in the past but it has been quite some time and thought to revisit as it was convenient for lunch prior to another engagement. Unfortunately, some things never change.. First of all, if you order a burger, don't even bother asking how you want it (rare, medium, well) It will always be very well done and dry. When I recieved the meal, there was a long hair in it. No apology, but did offer to replace it. Not a fan. Just co firms never to return here again for food.

We went on a Friday night after a 30 min wait we were seated and waited another 30 min to order. Our food then took another 30min to come out and it was all cold not to mention the waiter dropped my daughters food so she had to wait even longer. The lemonade taste like nothing but syrup. We won’t be going back.

This restaurant chalked up the worst experience in my life last night and I am 57 years old. Let me first say our food and server were wonderful. All was going fine and then our food came out! Boom! The female food runner put our food on the table and my wife asked if she could take the appetizer dishes back as we were almost done with them and needed the room for the food. The food runner said, no, I don't do that in nasty voice with attitude. However, then she picks them up and spills them all over my wife and plates falling to the floor. She then stumps off without an apology and all of us at our table and the 5 tables nears us look up like what just happened. No one came back to apologize or clean up the mess. My wife cleaned all the food off her clothes and was so upset! The waitress came by noticing everything on the floor and asked what happened. We explained and she cleaned it up and we asked for manager. I asked for food runner to come back to apologize but that didn't happen. The manager apologized and took the meal item my wife had ordered off the bill. We will not be back. This was our worst restaurant experience ever!!!

I have been here 4 times and every time I have gone in I have had a great waitress/waiter! The food has been hot and delicious! The restaurant inside has been very clean and presentable. My only complaint this last time I have experienced is the enclosed walk-in before you enter the actual restraunt it is really stinky. My only complaint.

Absolutely awful and will not be back. Saw the employees standing around and talking while we waited in the mobile pickup for at least 30 minutes after the order said it would be done in 15. I’m patient, and I’m very understanding of mistakes, as I am a food worker myself. But this service was ridiculous. Food didn’t even come out properly. The person who gives out the mobile orders apologized and explained she typed it into the wrong computer, that’s forgivable, but for the 30 minutes we waited I would have liked to see the employees actually working to get the food done instead of standing around talking to each other. I never write reviews like this but come on. The employees were maskless too? I probably got Omicron in my food.
