Dunkin'

I just have to say that I was pretty impressed with this Dunkin and I go to Dunkin all the time, it's my weakness. The staff has always been friendly each time I've gone, they are super quick and they have NEVER messed up my coffee ever. Even the one I go to religiously still messes it up from time to time. Good job ,keep up the good work. I usually come every morning before work and will continue doing so.

The Manager GG(the name given to me by an associate, instead of when asked from the manager herself) lacks Customer Service and Leadership Skills. She has a nasty attitude, very rude, and very unprofessional. She allows loyal paying customers like myself, to stand outside the locked doors while looking at them without any communication that the lobby doors will not open ON TIME. This location operating hours on the outside window states lobby opens at 6:00am but, the manager said that they open at 6:10am 🤨. “GG” refused to listen to me in regards to the misunderstanding, refused my order, waved me off, and was unapologetic about the situation at hand. The example she is displaying in front of her team and as a Dunkin Donuts manager is despicable. I won’t ever spend another red cent at this location.
