Average Arby's. The food was OK. They need to learn how to stack the meat better on the sandwich. Half the bun had no meat, the other half of the bun did and the other half of the meat hung off the side of the sandwich. Their mozzarella sticks are very good. I enjoy them with Horsey Sauce rather than the marinara sauce.

Nice workers. Fries were colder than I would have liked. They didn't ask if I wanted sauce, and when I went back, they said that we now have to specify that we want some when ordering. Not a huge deal, just kinda weird.

I ordered via the drive thru a couple nights ago and I had a great experience. I rarely eat Arby’s and decided to try it. The young man who took my order was very polite and nice. My order took about 5mins so I pulled up and waited. Richard was so nice and professional. I didn’t realize I came right before closing but he had best attitude! Keep it up young man!

Ordered for the first time using the app. Can you say, disaster? Arrived at restaurant six minutes afyer ordering to an employee telling me they didn't receive my order, and that I didn't order using the Arby's app. A different employee approached and while explaining to me that I need to cancel the order in the app, my order popped out of the register. The employee proceeded to tell me that they would not have any beef until 4 pm, almost one hour after I placed my order! I explained that I don't live in town and returning at 4 pm would not work for me. She proceeded to set the order ticket on the counter and reminding me to cancel the order in the app. Of course, there is no way to do this on Arby's sub-par app. So I paid $24.04 for food I didn't even receive. I called Arby's when I got home, and Sharon told me the money will be refunded. Either way, we won't be returning to Arby's and will NOT recommend their app. The rudeness of the restaurant employees was disgraceful. They offered no solutions and didn't seem to care about pleasing the customer. It's not like I was being unreasonable, I simply wanted what I paid for.

Gave them a big order of 10 Arbys, 6 curly fries, 4 cokes and a kids meal. They had the order completed in 5 minutes, the staff was friendly, and the food was excellant. Not one mistake in the order. I wish there were more Arbys stores around. Recommend highly.

Service was polite and normal. However, the food was underwhelming. Waited an extra 5mins or so, for "fresh" mozzarella sticks. As soon as I drove off I grabbed one and it wasn't even hot. It was warm, but no stringiness, no oil...Tasted as if it had been sitting out for a bit. Ok, so I moved onto the "crispy" fish sandwich, also not hot or crispy in any way. This is the only Arby's I've been to that will do that to me. I like Arby's in general, but not the DeKalb Arby's. Last time I go...Happy 420!

Food was slow to receive even though they were slow. Once I got my food it was not hot at all. Tasted good but on the colder side.

I usually get the boneless wings and fries when I go, the wings are really good, reasonably priced, and the employees are friendly. Probably my favorite Arby's location
