Wendy's

Check your order before you leave the drive thru. Was asked to pull ahead. Never got our lemonade, chocolate frosty, silverware for the salad, or straws. When I told the guy this he came back out and said he would give me a strawberry frosty because they were out of chocolate. Fine whatever. It was super slow and they seemed to not give a care about their customers.

Went around 4pm today, waited forever to order through the drive thru with only one car ahead of us, I get it they're probably short staffed. Finally ordered and were out of most of the pop choices, again I get it, supply shortages. Finally got to the window and was given my order. I was missing a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger and sweet and sour sauce. So I waited for the gal that gave me my food to come back, she never did. I pulled up so my brother could go in, the doors were locked. Backed up to the window and knocked several times on the drive thru window, finally a couple of nice gentleman came to help. I'm assuming they were the cooks. They kindly gave me the sweet and sour sauce and whipped up a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger. I wouldn't have minded any of this as much if my 8 month old wasn't screaming his poor head off. I have no idea what happened to the cashier, I never saw her again but a huge thank you to the guys that helped out and went out of their way to take care of a customer when technically that wasn't their job.

I like their burgers and chicken nuggets, besides the Frosty, of course. The employees used to be very friendly and nice, but something changed and now good luck getting a smile. After 15 years eating at this Wendy's, I had my first confrontation with a very rude employee, she interrupted me again and again, talking over me, because she wanted me to order her way and not in the order it just popped in my head. The order came out wrong. During my last visit I complimented something in the menu, she said "ok" and closed the window. My friend had a similar experience later that evening. Another bad sign: all the old employees are gone. Whatever the change was, it's not working!!

Horrible the doors are always locked I don't have a car so I can't walk through drive threw. Get home food wasn't right I keep that sandwich till they finally answered the phone I didn't eat that sandwich I brought it back to him I want my money back but she said I couldn't get my money back because I gave them my receipt to make my food right Maria where are you the store needs help

We were the only ones in there and we had to wait a long time for someone to take our order. Turns out the girl that should have been at the counter was sitting in the seating area. Then instead of the supervisor taking our order knowing we had waited a long time....she just waved the girl in the seating area over and so again we had to wait.....there was ho hustle at all. It was ridiculous. We will not go back and we do not recommend this.
