Mcdonald's

When I go to McDonald's by the police station when I get off work to grab something to eat I would think hey they cook there for but nope after last night I took one bite and luckily I cooked down before I chewed up my food cause my stuff was raw if this is how they are gonna do their customers I won't be going back

I mean, it's McDonald's. If you're visiting thia place, chances are you had a taste for it, which must mean the food itself ain't bad. Either that, or it's past 10pm and this is the only place still open. But it's McDonald's. You see, buying food from any of these locations is a gamble based on Quality. Will it be fresh this time? Idk. Guess you can only find out one way.

I dont understand whats going on there. Poor training? Lack of guidance? Tired / Overworked? Effected by the elements? They just can never understand me telling them my order (im bilingual, no accent), so I always have to use the mobile app. On one occasion, I ordered breakfast and waited for 20 minutes. After waiting so long I went in to question where my order was. They claimed I already had it. Clearly not. So I asked for them to please make it since Ive already ordered at breakfast time and been waiting for an order I already paid for. They claimed they could not because they are now serving lunch. (literally a minute after 1030, when i ordered originally at 10:10) They refused to refund me, so I ended up having to go through corporate. I received my refund plus some free mcCafe vouchers. Unfortunately I still have to pick up from here for work, to which they never fail to mess up the order, miss items, or give me someone elses order entirely. I worked fast food and retail, I get it. But they really need to put some dang effort in, get their heads out of the clouds. I've been more than patient and painstakingly polite with them. But honestly, I would rather drive up the extra minute to the McDonalds on East Lincoln.

This McDonalds always seems to have some type of delay when I go here. Occasionally the drive thru has been backed up so far that people couldnt even get to the parking lot. The food takes a long time to come out for a McDonalds, but it is of the regular quality. Unfortunately the lot it is located in is a bit of a mess, and has very tight lanes which can be easily blocked up.
