Tried Sweetgreen for the 1st time today and definitely won't be my last! This was a salad worth the money...perfectly fresh, a portion is enough for 2 meals for me (I got the garden cobb). Crisp and delicious. And the green goddess dressing with the fresh dill best ever!

I ordered a custom tofu bowl for pickup. When I got home I discovered that they used chicken instead of tofu. I tried to call to get a refund, but was directed to text them about my issue. Instead of having a 2-3 minute phone call, I waited almost an hour for them to text me back with a form response. I tried going back to the store to get a refund, but was told that because it was an online order they couldn't help me unless I wanted them to remake it.
The only reason I'm not giving them one star is because they did eventually send me a text agreeing to refund my order.

The chicken tostada salad was hands down the BEST salad I’ve had in my entire life. Even though legacy parking is a nightmare, I would brave it just to pick up sweetgreen. Unbelievably fresh flavor with a wonderful selection!

Food tastes fantastic 😎. Experienced it for the 1st time about a week ago. Adds a splash of interest to healthy eating. Remember it's good to eat your vegetables 🤓.

Sweetgreen has great food, hands down. But the staff at the Dedham location have poor communication skills and are not trained properly. There always seems to be a lot of staff in the restaurant but the line is always really slow. My take out are almost always wrong, so double check your bags.
