Dunkin'

The corporate office needs to revisit this franchise. Locked doors during operation hours, over 27 minute wait times, less than friendly service, cold coffee that is supposed to be hot all for the same cost with no discount. At what point is the okay? It is not tolerable and this corporation receives on the daily enough income to rectify this matter no matter what zip code it’s in. Quality service should not be depended on what area you live. If you choose to service this community then we must get the same quality products and service as our Midtown neighbors.

I'm not sure if they're always shorthanded or what the deal is but the line is always outside the parking lot to the street. The staff just standing there talking and laughing. It's the only coffee shop within a few miles in my area so I frequent this location! It's not bad but we can definitely step up their customer service and attention to detail

I visited this location last Saturday. I had the most pleasant experience. The young lady at the register was new but do pleasant. She greated me with a smile and a pleasant hello when she needed assistance Josh the manager came over to help her and he was very p pleasant when assisting her. They both exemplified excellent customer service. Kudo to Candler road Dunkin donuts.. Best customer service ever
