Wow! It was so good we went back twice during our short visit to Dearborn. Margherita pizza - the sauce was delicious (could use more), cheesy was stringy but the best part has to be the thin crunchy crust. You can easily eat multiple slices. Overall very pleased with pizza. Came out fresh and consistent both time we went. They also have halal options!

It could be much, much better, food and service. I did not like the quality of the food; I was not given what I asked for. I was given whatever they wanted to give me. The staff for sure can smile or say hello or even acknowledge the customer, regardless of how busy you are. Also, I understand inflation and price increases, and I am learning to accept that, but it is no excuse for lowering the food quality and skimping on the toppings.

Hi Roma bakery I hope you read this. am customer for over 14 years, and I love your Kaak with Akawi cheese, and some other Mnaeesh that you make whoever you need to work on customer service so bad. every time I want to order from you I call once leaving home which is 15 to 20 minutes away from you so I can take my breakfast to work with me, today I called and put on hold for over 12 minutes which is insane and by the way this is not my first time it did happen before as well but I was like its ok let it go. please please work on this part of putting people on hold like that. I was 10 minutes late to work. this is 1 star for the customer service and leaving people on hold.
