Pizza Kitchen

The man that answers the phone for this pizza place is so unbelievably RUDE. He rushes your order and does not let you finish speaking before cutting you off . When calling back to add an item to my order, he answers with “OH MY GOD, what.” so unprofessional. NEVER again. I asked for spicy chicken wings and got this monstrosity.

I wish I could put more than five stars!!! pizza kitchen is the best. The customer service by Yaser is always above and beyond. I’ve been catering pizza from them for almost five months, amazing food quality, delivery on time, never ever had issues with them. They appreciate the business. Yaser is always very helpful, very professional, and a very nice guy. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Ordered a pizza and breadsticks for delivery and they came all sloppy and cold. Called in and spoke with the MANAGER and was given a really bad attitude and was called a liar because “the pizza left here fine”. He then sent his delivery driver to pick it up because I told him I want a refund. This isn’t the first time it has happened and from reading other reviews, seems like it’s happened to many people. Never going back here again.

Let's start by saying they don't even deserve a one star. I've been going to them for 6 years. After today I'm done. I'm so disappointed them. There pizza has no taste and cold. They lost a customer. If they care "which they dont". Never ever again will go there. Going somewhere else for pizza now...

The big guy that's always there with the long hair I don't know he just looks like a sketchy dude lol I don't know if he's the owner or manager but he has a Temper sometimes especially when he's busy also Everytime I order from this place I always have to tell them to make sure they cook the pizza well done because I had pizza from there numerous times that was under cooked. I still order from there but almost every time they over charge and a lot of times they charge me different prices. Regardless it's not a bad place but people need to stop saying it's the best pizza in town there probably realatives lol or they haven't tired much pizza places in Dearborn.
