Starbucks

We’re regulars at the Starbucks Michigan Ave in Dearborn due to the incredible customer experience Zander provides us. Upon arrival, Zander quickly greets us with a hello, and confirms our regular drinks. When our brew is not available, Zander quickly offers to make us a pour over which is not offered by any other locations if your brew is not available. Starbucks is a great experience in general but you don’t always get the same level of passion from workers at different locations, as you do from Zander! When you’re in the area look out for this guy as he’s a top notch person who goes out of his way to deliver that perfect, hot coffee you deserve. He never misses and we always walk out with a perfect cup of coffee! Check that picture out!!

Shoutout to Edwin for making me a beautiful and amazing funnel cake frap. I've been coming here for awhile and just having been able to make a review due to lockdowns. It's truly special interacting with the staff, seeing them smile as they serve customers. It's one of the things I've missed the most and today really hit the spot for me. I was craving the funnel cake frap since it was released but it's been soo hard to find a place open long enough. Luckily, my local spot and crew was there to take care of me. Edwin went above and beyond to my my experience a fantastic one. Hats off to the fantastic crew here as they work soo hard to help everyone. This is one very very busy location. To make one's experience even better, they still allow ordering ahead via the app which is nice. Wait times here can be very crazy but that's just due to the insane volume of people that come through along with Michigan Avenue being a very slamming location. The frap was absolutely on point in every way. Am always impressed with the service here, kind staff and outstanding attitudes of the crew. This store needs to be a standard for Wayne County in my opinion. They have a beautiful indoor and outdoor seating. The parking, if you can't catch a spot in the front lot, plenty of spots are available behind the building in the parking structures. But what makes it soo special here aside from the awesome service, is that you're in the heart of downtown Dearborn. Everything from parks, to restaurants, workout spots,etc are all around you. So try to come at a good time to enjoy the fun activities around. Hope that helps and keep rocking out 🤙🙌

If ZERO stars could be given that would be what I would give this Starbucks. My family and I walked in with no greeting and there were no customers in line. My niece had never been to Starbucks so, this experience has tarnished her view. We stood there for almost 5 minutes without being acknowledged. My sister then asked if we could be serviced no one responded. After another minute my niece asked if someone was going to serve us. There was 5 employees behind the counter at least 3 looked up but no one acknowledged us. They just continued to do what they were doing. No one said hello, be right with you, nothing! Just rude, we felt discrimination may have been a factor. I will never return to this location again.

They have banners in the window say Ramada Mubarak. Hey all I have heard about this religious holiday sounds good. Give to poor and children....I asked when they were going to put a banner up saying have a Blessed Easter and they just stare at me. So far no banner. WOKE is WOKE You do for one and you do for all or you do not do for any of the religions. What is it going to be Starbucks??

Super busy so I get service can be slow but....over an HOUR and my online order was not complete. I had only ordered a bakery item and lemonade. I had to cancel the entire order and reorder in the store and it came out within 15 mins. They blamed the electricity going out which I get sure...but the lemonade could have at least be completed.
