Desoto KFC. Was told this was normal to be handed a bag of oil and that the other stuff is chicken crust. Sure looks like the bottom of a fryer to me. I would love to see someone at kfc eat and drink this order of chicken tenders. Eat at your own risk.

Went through check thru. People very nice and had order right away.

Been over a year since I have been here and the same thing. Wrong orders. Burnt food. Rock hard biscuits. This store should just shut down.

Sign says come in for mobile orders so we did and they didnt look at us until drive thru was emptied? Classic? Only care about numbers not people 29 minutes to get 2 meals. Dont go inside itsa tram or they should close the dining room if thats how they handle or dont handle that part of the BUSINESS

Bought the 21 piece meal. Got half original and half crispy. They were both cooked beyond Xtra crispy..this was a family meal

I love eating here. They have the best chicken. It cost more then it use to. I buy KFC at least three times a month. Their sweet tea is amazing.

Drive-thru just absolutely terrible. Was in line for 32 minutes. Counted at least six cars dropped out of line and left because they are way too slow. By that time I got my food and got home which is about 7 minutes, food was cold and greasy. Threw it in the trash, the dog wouldn't even eat it. Will not go back either will my family. Kentucky Fried has gone downhill fast. Used to eat there two or three times a week. They just lost my business, I will never never go back.
