Horrible! Absolutely just horrible! All I ordered was a large mashed potato with gravy and a large coke - $8! $8! The potatoes are not even real potatoes anymore! And they didn’t even fill up the containers!!! HALF a large bowl! More like SMALL put into the large container! And boxed potatoes mess at that!! So mad! Horrible horrible horrible! NO stars if I could!! $8 for trash!!

Tend to stop here at least once a week/ once every other and I don't think I've ever had a bad meal. Today we stopped and there was only 2 people working, had to wait a bit but he was definitely trying his best. The one girl came on shift and you could see the worry in his eyes lifted. These businesses can't keep running these kids to the ground. Time to up the wages and hire some folks! 😀

I ordered through the KFC.com website at 7:40pm. Delivery was supposed to be 8:16pm. I didn't receice my order until almost 9pm. When I looked at my order when I got inside, I was missing the extra sides that I paid for. I called the store and the "manager" lady said she couldn't do anything about it, even though they are the store that messed up the order. I called doordash after, sat on hold for almost 30 minutes before being transferred to another department and essentially now having to wait for the food to be delivered because I wasn't guaranteed a refund, just a request for a refund to be made. Attempted to contact the store again and the same "manager" lady refused to be helpful, played games and then stated "I'm not doing this" once we asked for her named. I called back again and the call went unanswered. Third time I called, I was hung up on again. This store is incredibly unprofessional and can't get an order right what so ever.

This place was very busy and short staffed. We waited over 15 minutes in line (inside the restaurant) before our orders were taken ( we were 2nd in line). The workers said their priority was to the drive thru and online orders. I don't give the 2 stars to the workers but to the management and owners of this KFC. More staff is definitely needed, either close the drive thru, walk in, or not take online orders during peak times. Patience is definitely needed here or visit another KFC. The food was delicious and seasoned well.
