Subway

Great service, fast and friendly. Good food. I have been here many times before. Their establishment is always very clean. They immediately help you, you never have to wait. The music is Christian soft rock or maybe light jazz on occasion. I had forgotten how nice it is to have good music, till I went somewhere that had heavy metal playing, very loud. I had to leave before I even ordered. My head was already hurting before I went in. I will always enjoy going to Subway. They have so many different subs to choose from.

I deliver for door dash. At this particular location, the communication is very poor. Order is never ready when expected. Apparently whoever makes the sandwiches says his customers come first. Um hello, door dash is just a delivery service who is delivering to your customer! The cashier looks like she high on something. Ridiculously bad customer service and not well with working under pressure at all.

One of the worst subway experiences. The lady had a major attitude since I walked in the door, I asked if they had a certain type of sandwich and she continued to have an attitude with every word… when making my sandwich the bread was already burnt from the case and she continued to excessively sigh while making it. She then started throwing the bag around that it was made in and didn’t even finish it, she made me wait almost 5 minutes for someone to come out of the back just to toast the thing. This was extremely unnecessary. Don’t bring your problems into your work place nobody cares or wants to be involved in your attitude!

I went today and it was awful. Not so much the staff as it was the food. The staff was fine. Just not very good with customer service, but the food was awful. I have worked at a Subway for over a year, so I know how it is supposed to taste and that was not it. The food made me instantly sick and I only ate half of my footlong. It seemed clean, but the food just did not taste good at all. Something needs to be checked out. Would not recommend if it is not checked out.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Firstly, I do not know the girls name but she had medium/short length hair that was curly with some blonde and she was EXTREMELY RUDE. She Slopped together our sandwiches' while having an attitude tone, slammed the toaster oven and kept talking to the two guys who was working with her. We stood there waiting for a solid minute waiting for her to get done talking and to ask what we wanted next. I don't know who would ever hire someone like this, she was not in uniform and kept dragging her jacket across our food. Not to mention they're always out of everything here, and she would not even look to see if there was any more pepper jack cheese. This place needs to get checked on ASAP, its always slow and the employees are almost always teenagers who don't care. There was no manager there, and overall a terrible experience, she had the rudest attitude and I simply cant believe someone would hire her. The hiring manager here also needs to be checked on.
