The customer service was good. They did forget one drink. The chicken was not good at all. Very overcooked or maybe under the warmer way too long. Ordered 4 piece meals and ended up throwing most of the chicken away. 🙁

A very nice location. The staff are always friendly and nice. The food is always cooked good and never old. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because on occasion they do forget and give me the wrong side. But that's not a big deal.

That was the smallest chicken strip I ever seen and paid for. Felt robbed when I looked in that box! I guess the pandemic got them on "broke" mode. Staff was friendly at the drive thru.... usually always friendly staff. But management needs to not even fry up no little piece of nothing like that and put in a box and sell it to someone. I don't treat my customers this way! I stay making their food they same way I started out.....as perfect and plentiful as the first time I tried to win their business!

Waited nearly 20 mins for a dine in for two meals
Watched six cars go through the drive through while i waited on fries by the time we got our food the sandwiches werent even hot any more :(

Food quality it definitely lacking. Ordered a 12 piece and only got 8 so obviously should be required that one is able to count before working here. Service was poor, no customer service but it seems to be a lacking quality in all fast food places now a days. Your money is definitely better spent elsewhere.

Delicious!! I haven't had chicken that good in years. The chicken was perfectly breaded and cooked just right. Hats off to the cook in this kitchen. My daughter and I will be coming back. You actually get a good amount of food and at great quality for the price you pay. I heard there was a new cook in the kitchen, this place better keep em! 5/5*

This is one of the best KFC's I've ever been to great food and they treat you like family.

Not a great trip this time. Ordered the 5 strips and they are barely big enough to consider them a full tender. They did give enough fries this time since I order a double batch. Biscuit was good but needed butter which I forgot to order.
Drive thru was quick & people friendly.
