Applebee's

My wife and I recently tried their "2 for $20" luncheon special. The food was very good. But the service was the worst I have ever experienced in such a setting. Despite only about 15 patrons at tables--and numerous Applebee's workers--we were essentially forgotten & ignored after ordering. After my complaint, we were finally served, 50 minutes after walking in the door. This was a "one strike and you're out" deal for me; I'm never going back.✔😑My wife says she'll give them another chance😁

Went there last night and found out they are closing. Usually there are not many people there when we go there for dinner, so I understand the reason why that is. Yesterday when we went, it was full of customers. It's really a shame. I am a small business owner and know that it takes a whole community to help make a small business keep it's doors open and continue to provide services. People need to support their local businesses, so that they don't disappear. I wish all of their employees all the best moving forward.

Audrey was our server this evening, and she was exceptionally attentive, kind, and helpful during our visit. The food was what you'd expect from Applebee's; not amazing, but not terrible either. The alcohol in one of their new drinks was fairly strong, and I was feeling tipsy after one beverage. It was still particularly tasty, despite the amount of alcohol in it.

Ordered pick up after a very long hot day from my hotel right next door. I walked over picked up my food and went back to my hotel room. My dry rub ribs came with no sauce on side as stated. My baked potato no sour cream or chives just the cheese and bacon I paid $1.99 extra for, paid $$1.99 extra to have tomato soup instead of another side and the little cup was not even filled 1/2 an inch deep. Also my spoon was so thin it was bending with the weight of the soup. My bad not checking my food but been traveling 3 days for work and just wanted my order and off my feet. When I called to let them know that I had walked over to get my phone the girl that answered laugh it off that there was no sour cream or BBQ sauce and the spoon was bending because it was so cheap. The owner of the restaurant should be ashamed. I gave 2 stars because the restaurant from what I saw was clean and staff friendly but food sucked. $24 should have just gone and said forget it and ate my pretzel bag from the plane. Applebys Davis you need to step it up
