It is basically a drive through place. We walked in and looked like we walked into an empty building. Dark and no staff to be seen. Finally a staff came out and treated us like we were invisible. So i spoke up and asked if the frozen drinks were available, which is all we wanted. And of course it wasn't available!!! Very disappointing.

Good if you want to wait a million years for what is supposed to be fast food. Would be quicker accumulating enough money to purchase your own KFC.

It was super busy on Friday night but on the upshot that was the best, freshest, juiciest burger ever. I got the triple stacker from the app's secret menu. 😊

Rude customer service, waited in the drive thru for more than 20 mins. Not the first time it happened a few times now.
They always rushing while taking orders and missed half the the things.

Chicken and most possibly the batter is absolute rubbish. Comes off with a foul taste. Save yourself the money, you would think fast food would be the same no matter which store you goto.

Rubbish couldn’t eat it. The chips had so much salt to the point you just couldn’t eat them, hot & spicy chicken not cooked long enough so batter was hanging & falling off. Not crunch just garbage. Tried to call to complain and it just rings out & you can’t leave a complaint. Guess that’s one way to stop people complaining. I’ll go the distance next time to the Bagot rd one. Never had any issues there.
