Panera Bread

Tried the Panera Pizza for the first time and it was average. A little disappointing, was hoping it was going to be better than expected. Probably wouldn't have tried it at all if it wasn't for my son wanting to try it. Got the 4 cheese, Pepperoni and the chicken bacon flat breads. Best part of the process was ordering online, walking in and grabbing the bag. Very smooth process.

Completely dirty , every single table the floor ,the rest rooms ,the fountain drink area was all dirty . Customer service was completely terrible. I'm shocked to see this establishment crumble …. Update : 11/26/21… still dirty , bathroom has toilet paper not on the roll holder . Completely unsanitary!

Very disappointed in to go service. Ordered Fuji apple salad. Was told they did not have pecans, one of the ingredients. Was offered extra Fuji apple chips. However, when I got home, noticed I was charged extra for the apple chips. Had assumed the extra was to compensate for lack of pecans. There also were no onions, another listed ingredient. Was not charged less for salad, with less ingredients. Seems unfair. This is the second time this location messed up this salad. First time, they did not have apple chips at all, for a Fuji apple salad! And I was not told there were no chips. Both times when I returned the salads, management was quite unapologetic and rude. Will not go to this location again.

Pricey, long waits for average food, and I wasn't thrilled to see the lady who was making my food shaking hands with a coworker who wasn't wearing gloves, with the gloves she was wearing while making my food. Shook his hand, but didn't change gloves after doing so. Is this nitpicking? Probably. But it's still unhygienic and if I'm being honest, it did bother me.

Great service from the Dartmouth, Massachusetts location from Tiffany. I needed a business lunch and she reached out to me after I had ordered everything online and offered to get it delivered and to package our order up individually. It was a seamless lunch, everyone got what they ordered and I didn't have to do a thing. Food was great as always! Give that girl a raise!
