Five Guys

GREAT JOB!! It's So awesome to be able to call a restaurant and place a to go order over the phone. It only took them 8 minutes TOO Todays crew should be thanked and rewarded. I personally know Greg - the five guys CFO- he should know These guys are motivated and happy to show up to work What a cool thing to see the Teamwork with today's labor market!

Five Guys is a go-to place when we're in the mood for a good burger and awesome fries. However, today's visit was only a 4 star visit. The ordering process was quick and painless. The wait was short and our burgers were prepared hot, fresh and exactly as ordered. The fries, which are always freshly prepared and perfectly fried...were not. Though obviously fresh, they were overcooked and browned well past the perfect point. We ate a few of them but, as much as it pained us, we threw the rest in the trash. Apparently, today was just not a good fry day but we'll try again some other day.

Each time I’ve come to this location, my food is always freshly prepared, and orders are correct. The staff members are pleasant and quick to greet you when you arrive. For a family of 4, expect to spend about $50. They give generous amounts of fries that are salted to perfection! My three star rating is based solely on the cleanliness of this facility (food gets five stars!); the floor is always sticky and/or greasy, usually with trash from straws or napkins loosely lingering around. The ketchup dispenser is likely going to be empty, malt vinegar nowhere to be found, and sticky dried soda on the fountain drink machine. The bathrooms are especially grimey, too. I wish management would encourage a deep clean and regular use of decreasing agents throughout the dining lobby…

The burger was amazing and the fries were over salted. We had ordered takeout and the numbers were all mixed up and not correct. The fires also came in a cup for some reason which caused it to spill all over the bag and had to eat fries from the bag and the cup. Plus the floor was pretty dirty and full of peanut shavings.
