Ice cream machine was working (!) and one tall young man behind the counter was very kind and patient explaining the happy meal toys! Thank you!

Employees forgot drink and messed up order. Inside was locked so I just left without the drink instead of waiting in the drive thru for another 20 mins. Also out of many items..

And this is beyond generous. 20 minutes in the drive thru and our food was stale and cold, my smoothie was watery and the customer service was awful.

Slow service managers are under paid and equipment does not work. Unclear weather store is understaffed or mismanaged. If they brought delivery out or had in house pickup 24 7 service would be better as well beverly or salem 24 hours would help. This store needs more staff and a better menu

People that work at this location have no clue about what they're doing ask three times for a large black hot coffee with sugar send back 2 iced coffee's one had cream in it . . . I was finally handed a large black coffee with no sugar and then was handed packages of sugar good luck to the next customers

Cold undercooked fries, and can anyone tell me why they can't seem to put the condiments in the middle of the burger! After they make the burger do they squish it down with their hand and then step on it before they wrap it....this isn't rocket science!

Terrible burger, dry dry dry and stale bun. 950 for garbage. I threw it away, could not eat it.
The fries were ok, ate 2/3 of them but the burger was inedible. Yuk.....never again!

The place was easily accessible. The wait wasnt long and the customer service was great. I had a large order and theyvdid it with no mistakes
