Mcdonald's

I don't know why but it's never been busy here when I've gone. All the food is hot and fresh. Quick and easy and good. But check the prices on the menu before ordering. Some things have gone up in price. You can get a double cheeseburger for $2.00! That's less than a small fries. Happy meals are still worth getting. I got a Shamrock Shake, first one ever, I didn't like it but my 2 year old granddaughter loved it. McDonald's is still good.

My wife and I ate at this McDonalds on our way back from Boston. The food was cold and there was trash all over the lobby. It didn't look as if it had been cleaned in a couple of hours. All the trash cans were overflowing and it seemed really dirty throughout. They forgot part of our order, then when we brought up the cold food, the ladies appeared annoyed that we wanted something more fresh. We didn't expect great service being that it was McDonalds but this is by far the worst one we have ever visited.

Used to love this location, but after the horrendous experience my wife had, stay away. She was given the run-around regarding points redemption (she redeemed a large sum of rewards points, the store claimed machine was being cleaned, then offered her a dollar menu coffee in exchange) she said no, just give me back the points. Was then offered her original item (either the machine wasn't being cleaned or they were going to give her cleaning solution filled drink). Nobody in charge apparently, no body willing to give manager contact info. Absolute dumpster of a customer service location. And she was mocked by a worker under their breath when she left.
