The staff was noisy. I was more like a night club than a donut shop. Their music was challenging what house music was playing. NOT a proper way to run a business.

I have been ordering from this location for a decade and the volume they handle is amazing. I have always praised the staff on their attention to detail and ability to remember regular orders. Today, the quality control failed on the food line. I did not lower my rating as they were slammed, but I have not had any luck in the past trying to draw their attention to other quality control observations.

disgusting service, no education at all, it seems that they are only there working to work, that gives DD a bad reputation as a company, that staff in that store is absolutely incompetent to work, they do not check the orders they give you the food thrown away, a sheer disgusting

The staff is very friendly and the store is very clean and kept up. They always get my ice coffee absolutely perfect.

Refused to make any food and stated they only had coffee when you could see the food through the drive through. I’d do no stars if possible and the manager is not pleasant. No stars.

best dunks i go to by far. always quick and efficient. one complaint is the middle of the day deliveries that block the drive thru but ya gotta do what ya gotta do

Every time i come to this Dunkin’ Donuts they find a new way to mess up my order, the only thing consistent with this establishment is the messed up orders and wasted money, when I pay money I expect them to do their job and make a meal or coffee properly, even after repeating my order back to me I still receive a completely messed up item, I don’t know who they hire but clearly it’s some incompetent individuals. I’ve worked fast food before and it’s very easy to take an order and make the drink properly as I’ve had before. It takes a really slow muppet to mess up as bad as they’ve had EVERYTIME. If I could I would leave no star, absolutely no one should order from this place and waste their money. They are lucky they even have a 3.6 star rating.

One of the worst ones around. I ordered on the go and when I arrived there about 15 minutes later one of the three drinks ordered was missing, one was made incorrectly, and the donut in my order I had to request. I asked for the 2nd drink to be made, an iced cappucino - they made the wrong size and to correct it they poured it into a smaller cup which transferred just the froth part of the drink. I was so frustrated and running late for work I left. Horrible - the only thing they got right was the sandwich. $25 order, waste of time.
