Dunkin'

I went here for about 3 straight weeks for my breakfast. I got a egg&cheese on English muffin every day for 3 weeks and every single time I got one they would burn the muffins without ever failing. I'm not sure how difficult it is to simply take it out when it's done but when I order food I expect to get the full quality of that food not a half burnt sandwich. The staff are friendly to a degree but they also seem to have a problem making decent food so I had to stop going to them and switch it up to a different different place that knows how to not burn the food I order. Please keep this in mind if you are thinking about getting anything to eat from this place as they definitely seem to need some retraining on how to make a simple sandwich.

I go to this dunks every day, sometimes 2-3 times in a day. The people are very nice and it’s the quickest dunks I’ve probably ever been to! However, they don’t label the cups if you get more than one drink and I really wish they’d pay closer attention to whether they’re putting swirls or shots in the coffee.

Go to dunks every weekend around beverly and danvers. We gave up on other dunks in the area but they are a constant disappointment. So we settled on this one because the staff used to be super nice and helpful. Went there today after ordering through the mobile app and got a breakfast sandwich a bagel with cream cheese and two lg coffees with an extra turbo shot. Not only did the coffees look like JUST MILK but they "forgot" the rest of our order saying it sorry lots of mobile orders. . Mind you there was an empty parking lot. They just stared at us. I am so sick of dunkins lately and I realize the world is short staffed but CMON. Every dunks in the area SUCKS and is super rude. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. We are extremely easy going people with lots of patience but I literally cannot with the staff and the quality. If i wanted to get just milk I would go to a GROCERY STORE. very very disappointed.

Amazing Dunkin donuts. This little girl is always the sweetest. She always puts her customers first, i believe her name is Adriana. She is just the sweetest. She is very quick, strong, focused, and incredible for a young little girl. You can tell she loves to work there, because she always has a smile on her face, and her coffees and sandwhiches are incredible. Also, amazing coffee all around the store, and very friendly people. My go-to dunkin donuts is definitley this one. <3

This place is constantly understaffed and charges more for everything than any other dunks in the area. This used to be the only location I would visit, and not I only go there when I'm short on time because it's close by. But even when I do go there they shut down early because they're understaffed, or just now insisting you have to use the drive thru because we don't have enough employees to also operate the lobby. Get it together over there
