Texas Roadhouse

I went here for my birthday, haven’t been here in years. And probably never gonna come back again because it’s not as good as it used to be. It was not busy at all and we waited almost an hour for our food…which was not worth the wait. On the picture below, I got the grilled shrimp…the description said “large grilled shrimp”…does that look large to you? They tasted decent but that is not what was described on the menu. The rice was also undercooked. When I received my food it wasn’t even hot. It was almost cold. My two other friends just ordered sides as well, so we shouldn’t of had to wait that long for the food we got. An order that should take less than 10 minutes took almost an hour. Like come on. It was not a good experience. This place has gone downhill so much and it’s not as good as it used to be. The roadhouse should hire better kitchen staff because waiting almost an hour for that disappointment was a waste of my time.

Went last Monday and was surprised how busy it was for a Monday night. I was seated right away. This was my first time back since before Covid. The food was as delicious as I had remembered. Menu hadn't changed much and prices were reasonable. I had a rib eye steak that was cooked as ordered and very tender. And yes, they still have those wonderful rolls with the honey butter... Brenden was an excellent server. Friendly and attentive! Can't wait to go back!

We come here every chance we get. The service is always good, family atmosphere, very clean, amazing food although, we come for the bread🤣. Today after such a long time we came back today and had Gaby as a server. She went above and beyond. Super fast, attentive, nice!. This is hands down my favorite restaurant!

First time at this location, fourth time overall. Went to celebrate my Nephew's birthday early. Maddy the host, Olympia the trainee and Becca the waitress were all great. Didn't like after taste of lemonade, but all the food was delicious. Update: Nephew got to go order around 9pm. Good service and extra bread.

My poor husband, it was his birthday yesterday and he couldn’t celebrate because he wasn’t feeling good, I wanted to cheer him up with a Texas Road House meal today, everything was fine until we got our food served. He ordered his favorite, a burger and I ordered a Pulled Pork dinner, We waited a long time for it and when We got it, it wasn’t hot at all. My husband’s burger was just warm, my Pulled Pork was a bit dry and a bit warm, I told the waitress that I went there with the intention of eating a hot meal. She apologized and did me the honor to go and put it in the microwave for couple seconds and came right back with it, to be honest it wasn’t hot at all. The bread and butter were sitting under the warming lamp a bit too long, it wasn’t fresh either. The salads were perfect. Large servings, so that’s all I ended up having for lunch because even the $3 glass of coca-cola was flat.

this place used to be AWESOME. our last meal(s) there were horrible. medium rare steak came out with barely any pink, ribs were so overcooked that they were actually BURNED and dry, dry, dry! service was minimal (no peanuts/no checking to see if we wanted more rolls or drinks). we will not be going back. so sad. we used to love this place!
