Dunkin'

These high school students are doing nothing and just chilling while people are waiting for food. And on their menu still has items that are supposedly no longer in season yet it’s too hard to take it off the menu so people don’t order it. Again these high schoolers needed to be trained better or get replaced by robots who can do it right.

They are terribly terribly slow on a regular basis (compared to ALL other locations that I have been to)!! But, they have always gotten my order correct, so I have continued going here, just ordering way ahead of time knowing they need a lot of extra time to get my order ready. So I ordered this morning online with plenty of time for them to get my order ready. And I get there but the door to get into the lobby is locked!! I called them several times but they don't answer the phone. Another customer in the parking lot advised me that if I park on the other side of the building, that someone would come out with my order. So I moved my car to the other side & waited. I waited for almost 15 minutes & still no one acknowledged me or the other cars that were waiting for their orders. I finally walked over to the drive through window & asked for my order over the rooftop of someone else's car in front of the drive through window. I couldn't wait any longer as I was late for work at that point. There was a very nice woman who apologized profusely & brought me out my order saying that they were short staffed. I haven't seen her there before but she seemed like she was trying to catch up. But that was the last straw for me... I have ordered from this location so many times & they are super slow getting orders ready... but making me late for work was the last straw. When I'm in a time crunch, I will never he able to trust them again
