Dunkin'

Horrible service. We got there and noticed a sign on their menu saying stop being rude. At first, we found it funny. We waited like 10 minutes for somebody to take our order on the drive through and nothing happened. We drove up to the window and noticed that there was a staff in there, an African American female to be exact. She was on her phone acting very careless. Other cars were on the drive through waiting but she didn't respond to anyone. She wants people to be nice, but she needs to do her job period. I think management needs to take some sort of action since this store has the lowest reviews ever!

I'm going to make a positive assumption here and say that Castro is new because I am pleased to say this is the first time I've had a good experience at this Dunkin. He was very polite and pleasant. He also was very patient with us considering we didn't know what we wanted upon pulling up. Hopefully this is the start of this location finally having some good customer service. Thanks again to Castro and his Great Service.

Horrible service. Same order yet you receive three drastically different consistencies. Three orders of latte - one will have zero espresso, the other very light and one very dark - EACH AND EVERY TIME. Because they don’t reload the machine. And if you come in the evening hours you’re lucky if they don’t claim the “machine is down” after you’ve waited several minutes on the drive thru. Trying to add a photo of my last order from this Dunkin or maybe any, which will illustrate above. Call the staff out on it and be ready for rudeness instead of accountability. If they can’t run it, shut it down.

I have complained now on 2 separate occasions about a worker Ebony who is absolutely rude and unprofessional!! I do not understand why she’s allowed to continue to work on their behalf’s. I believe in rewarding employees for their politeness & professionalism imma big tipper. She’s messing up the tips for the other people who work there that are actually nice. On top of that she tried to tell me they no long make French curler donuts?? Girl bye get a new job that doesn’t require costumer service and spare everyone paying their hard earned money your nasty attitude.

They are constantly closing whenever they want to and I was just told to go f myself and flipped off by the drive-thru attendant as they explained to me that they were closed. I have had horrible experiences at Dunkin donuts but this is my worst by far and whoever was at that drive-thru window should be fired immediately.

The young lady with the red ponytail is the absolute rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of taking my order. I have never complained about service but I will drive 10 miles out of my way before I go back! I understand she is young but she has no manners when thanked. You get a yah! Let me know she didnt want to take my order for a cup of tea!

Small DD with limited seating and selection. Staff was friendly but put 4 donuts in a bag on top of each other - upside down frosting on frosting!!!, By the time I got home they all melted together and looked unappealing. There was a time DD cared about quality and customer experience but that's long gone. There's a million places to get coffee and donuts, go somewhere else where they care.
