Stew Leonard's

Stew Leonard's is a very nice store to shop. My daughter and her husband shop there very often. Most of their prices are on there announcing board outside. They give low prices as well . They have many departments , bakery that is doing a good job. Food and pharmacy is not bad. They have a lot of parking spaces available. The Harth Transit buses passes by to as do if you don't drive you can take the bus. They also have an animal section in the summer they are so nice for kids to see. At Christmas the place is very attractive. Nice place to shop. They did nice pastries.

I go here every year to get a Christmas tree and always very pleased with the results, until this year. First I have to say I was pleased that prices remained the same, however, the quality this year has taken a nose dive. We opened up the tree on site and it looked good there. Had it refunded, the stump re-cut a bit higher and tied to the top of the car to return home. Within two days with regular watering HUGE amounts of needles started coming off at a single touch. Within a week now we have bare spots all over the place and it's a disaster so much I am considering going elsewhere to pick up a new tree. I have two friends who are having the EXACT same problems both with trees from Stews. I may or may not return next year but If you haven't gotten a tree yet this year, I recommend going elsewhere.

Love Stew Leonard’s!!! It’s so much more than a supermarket. My family has made so many wonderful memories here. The kid activities during Halloween, Christmas, and Easter Bunny have been so special to our family. I remember Stew Leonard Jr. being so gracious and stopping by to meet the kids at the holiday breakfast. Both my kids can remember meeting Santa for the first time at Stew’s North Pole. Santa is AMAZING and looked truly like he just stepped off his sleigh. I loved my recent visit to pick up my absolute favorites including baguettes, raspberry pastry sticks, country breads, the famous chicken salad, everything bagels and the freshly made (in front if you) mozzarella. My kids love coming here to watch the different animated displays in each department. Mickey Mouse performing on the trapeze is always pretty nostalgic.

Wow! First time to a Stew Leonards and now I wish we had them down south. We walked in and couldn’t even get passed the fresh donut hole maker! They were delicious! Then we took 2 more steps and bought Pumpkin ice cream! OMG! Probably one of the best ice cream’s I’ve had (and I’ve enjoyed ice cream all around the world and I know good quality ice cream!) We admired the unique layout of the store, the animatronic shows and the fresh potato chip station where we bought jalapeño chips! On our way out we said “we probably won’t be up this way for a very long while” and that justified grabbing an ice cream cone to go! Thank you Stew Leonards for great quality products!!!

This place is Cool. We stopped in to buy some meat and I was thoroughly amazed. It's like a giant maze in there. You can do the majority of your grocery shopping there. I also ended up getting some coffee beans which were good as well. Outside of the store they have recycle machine where you get money for recycling, I wish we had that near us we'd be making trips WEEKLY, LOL. would visit again.
