Bojangles

Waited almost 5 minutes at the register as the only person in line waiting for someone to take my order. Several people looked over at me but never came over until a young lady walked over while brushing her hair back and rubbing her nose came and just looked at me never spoke until the awkwardness was to much for me and I said hi. And then I gave my order because she still hadn’t spoken and after I gave my order she handed me my drink cup putting almost all of her fingers inside the cup as she handed it it me. I ask for another cup because of seeing her touching her hair and nose walking over. I quietly explained this to her and she said she was just scratching her nose. Sorry this location is not same quality as the other dalton location. Maybe why it’s lined up the road to get in.

Customer service makes you feel like a nuisance. Pull up to the drive through and meet you with a sarcastic..."what can I get for you" in a lethargic tone, as if your patronage isn't welcomed. After this.. the large sweet tea I ordered is an unsweetened glob of brown liquid the Cajun filet biscuit was hard as a rock and the chicken had been under a warmer for most of the day, it was dry and hard.My advice, go to Zaxbys.... it's more pricy but way better Customer service and your order will be right. This Bojangles has done this repeatedly... I'm local and it's not a one time event. Go somewhere else.

So sad that a cup of tea costs almost 3 dollars even more sad that it was so nasty that you couldn't drink it. The most sad thing is when I called they said ok we will check it. No I am sorry. No please come back by and let us replace or refund that. Just an ok we will check it and a hang up. Pitiful customer service

The food was amazing and the service was nice.Had to drive a mile to visit my family for my brothers birthday and came to eat breakfast here and I would love to come back cause the food was good seasoned and you can taste that crispiness.I would drive another mile just to come and eat here!! It’s bo time!

Every time I come back hoping they will get it right like they use too. On time they came close and forgot my biscuit. Last I ordered something and the lady tried argue me down about what I ordered saying I ordered something else. Then this time I ordered supremes with my girl with two large fries they gave us one large fry and a small bo rounds and instead of supremes we got hard tenders and no sauce to even try to soften them up.
