Sub Roc

We ordered our food for delivery, for one I don't usually post negatives, but this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a food order. Time window for delivery was between 45-60 min, an hour and a half later we get a phone call from the delivery driver asking for directions, after telling him number of times to turn left he still refused, I had to walk 4 blocks to find him, when I finally received the food I had ordered, it was stone cold as well as our drink were burning up as if they were never refrigerated, not to mention the food order was completely wrong, the sodas I had ordered were 20oz as shown on there website, we received 16oz, not complaining to much about that but it is false advertisement to there website, the club sandwich we had was to the bare, just lettuce tomato and meat, no cheese as we had asked for and no avocado which again is posted to their website as having it already on it, once again false advertisement. When calling back to see about fixing this misconception, nobody ever picked up the phone. I tried feeding the sandwich to my dog and he even walked away from it. This was our first time ordering from here and it will be our last
