Its bad when you go to greggs to buy a sausage roll but end up having to take it home to cook it properly as they were undercooked and still a little doughey dont they know undercooked food is dangerous. The Dalkeith branch is the worst …

greggs obviously never done their homework on drive through's. The drive space is way too tight, the person taking the order was not audible and to top it off took forever to ask for my order. The best i left to the end...it was raining …

It's a Greggs at the end of the day - but food is usually cold, juice is warm.. would rate 1 star if the staff were not as friendly. Learn to work the oven timer and plan better for customers
