This is a newer Starbucks. I am disappointed with the service and the fact that the drive thru was broken and they just opened.

Best Starbucks ever! Super friendly staff, the drive thru always moves fast, and the store is way comfy and clean. They even made me feel special on my birthday! Had to post this..

3rd day in a row they are just randomly shut down for no reason. This happens all the time. I’ve never seen such an unprofessional Starbucks in my life. In any state or city. They are incredibly slow as well. Most of the employees are friendly, but just randomly being closed, what gives???

I went yesterday afternoon to get a cup of coffee before a meeting I needed to attend. It was just after 6PM. I ordered a medium roast Venti cup. Was in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. I pull up, pay for my coffee and they asked me to pull around and they will bring it out. I was a bit confused since I ordered a simple cup of black coffee. I pull around and then a minute later, a young lady comes out to tell me they can't make me a cup of coffee but they can make me an Americano. I say what is that? Espresso with water. I said "but I just want a cup of coffee: I am at Starbucks right?" Yes, but we can't brew any more coffee. I can make you an Americano. No, I just want a cup of coffee. I can't brew any coffee. Can I get my money back. Sure, and she runs back inside. I sit there for a few minutes not in my happy space. I need to get to my meeting and I simply can't wait any longer. So I leave with no money and no coffee! Needless to say this was my first and last trip to this Starbucks. Very disappointed.

This is a full Starbucks inside Kroger. They even have all the racks and shelves full of Starbucks merch. Really nice spot.

I’ve never been a huge Starbucks consumer, but I was absolutely swept off my feet by this location. Not only is it new, so everything is up to date, but they keep EVERYTHING extremely clean and well kept. The customer service is phenomenal and a welcome feeling is always provided! I highly recommend this Starbucks!

I believe the young lady who helped me was Monica, and she was so kind and helpful! I asked if they had anything off menu or something they liked to make, and she did not dissapoint! I can say with certainty I love matcha now!
