Wendy's

It's a really nice restaurant. To the people who are rating them based on being understaffed are dumb. It is not their fault. They probably have to close early because they don't have enough people to close and it's not their fault they are slow. They are trying their best to get through their customers as fast as they can. How about you guys go and work there then since it's soooo slowww. Anyway this restaurant has never done me wrong. Keep it up!

Food is often good but service is lacking, often fotnd it's frustrating to order or speak with the people here. Maybe it's the speaker or the headset. I don't typically find myself having a hard time understanding what someone says or getting my order correct. However this location seems to have that issue.

Horrible. I just went today around 5:50/6 PM and was in the drive through. First they kept messing up on the order and I could hear side conversations going on so the guy that was assisting me wasn’t hearing. I paid for all my combos to be large and got a bunch of different sizes. On top of that I didn’t get a receipt, normally they either have it wrapped with your card or it’s in the bag. I didn’t get it with my card so I assumed it had been placed in the bag, it was in neither. Then when I was waiting to get the rest of my order the staff was looking at me crazy like I had received everything. I am definitely not coming here again.

Sunday afternoon around 2:30 PM I found the doors to the lobby both locked. There were no signs on the door stating any kind of issue. As I turned around to leave a crew member opened the door and let me in. She wasn't aware that the doors work locked. Nor did she make an effort to at least check the 2nd door during the time we were there. Once at the counter we waited for some one to take our order. It looks like they had a full crew including a few crew members on break in the lobby. A crew member did notice we were waiting and motioned to another that our order needed to taken. No one took our order. Pretty pathetic. There were at most 2 cars in the drive through and they couldn't handle having 2 cars (at most) in the lobby and I customer. update 4/09/2022: I reached out to Wendy's via the website. Nothing.... I won't be going back any time soon if at all.
