Sonic Drive-in

Normally, I would give this location 5 stars but not today. There was a serious error with the mobile app. I ordered to this location (and my phone showed that) but a different location was sent my order which consisted for two slushies). Instead of accepting that this was a mobile app issue and trying to fix the problem, the manager told me it was not on his screen and could not help. He just kept giving me a number to call. He did offer to do the order at this location but it would be charged and I would have to call to get the other order credited. Sadly, I drove to the other location and it just went downhill. I am giving this location a lower rating for not trying to help me fix the issue that was clearly not my error.

The girl with the braids and long nails needs to be fired. We sat at the speaker to order and no one answered. As a line started to form, we moved up to the window. But what we saw was a male coworker wearing a hat and the girl with the braids talking not working. So, when we stopped at the window she asked if we were there to pick up an order. We told her no and that we were there to PLACE an order. She left, then the guy came to the window. We gave him our order, then she came back asking us what we wanted. We had to repeat the order four times to her! I’m not sure if she’s slow or what but what I am sure of is she doesn’t want to work and would rather flirt and half do her job while customers are waiting! And this is not the first time this has happened at this location. She should be fired because she’s making the entire establishment look bad.

The worst customer service experience ever. The assistant manager was extremely rude and disrespectful when I asked about an item not being in stock. We ordered the big dill. They didn’t have the ingredients, yet “fulfilled” the order and didn’t say anything. The only reason I figured it out is because I looked. Charged for an item that they didn’t have; (fried pickles; a side order) and they also didn’t say anything until I asked where they were. We will not be returning to this location bc of the assistant managers attitude alone. People make mistakes, I definitely get that. But there’s no reason to be extremely rude and get an attitude when asked a simple question.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Do not come here unless you want your time and money wasted. All of the employees have the mental capacity of a 3 year old. I only came here for uber eats and it took 30-40 minutes to get the order. Fun fact: for uber eats, the meal is supposed to be ready or almost ready by the time a driver pulls up. These people should go back to living on welfare. Better for society that way.

This place is operated by teenagers that do not care about customer service or correct orders. I went through the drive through 2x and the order still wasn't correct. Complete laziness throwing orders together and even prepping real fruit drinks half heartedly. I have never ordered a real fruit drink with no fruit in the cup. Management needs to do better in their applicant selection. I would rather drive 15 mins in another direction than go back to this place that obviously has no responsible adults to guide these kids. Very disappointed and a waste of my time.

This Sonic was very clean and was a very accessible. I ordered a plethora of items *mozzarella sticks, onion rings, and a chili cheese 🌭 and they all were fresh and 🔥 even though they only have a limited amount of items available due to the covid-19. I ordered the chicken fried steak and I'm going to give it a 6.5 out of 10 😒😒 It was honestly kind of dry but I did not expect too much out of Sonic 🍔 because they're mainly known for their 🥤. I ordered a medium Cherry Coke, a strawberry cheesecake shake, and a root beer float which were all were 💯💯 even though that I'm giving it a three stars I will definitely come back as long as y'all keep y'alls ocean water.. 😎😎
