Mcdonald's

This McDonald's is in need of retraining the staff! I understand that they use an "assembly line" process to manage and deliver orders to customers. This morning, I spent approximately a half hour or so to get my order. The order was simple and small, however I didn't get what I ordered. I received someone else order... an so on with several customers that ordered food during that time. McDonald's is better than that! I hope they will problem solve this location and implement some corrective actions.

Horrible service . The guy was rude at the register from the to go line. He said "sorry but the recipt machine is broken so I can't give you a receipt" so also they got our order wrong and after multiple times telling him the order still did not get it right. When we arrived at the window for payment, there was one guy that was bent over on the counter and on social media, and his underwear was showing. What a disgusting and disturbing view of where you are about to get your food. This was the worst experience ever, and we will not be returning, and we also filed a complaint on the corporate website. Do not waste your time.

I know they were busy so I only knocked off 2 stars. But, I ordered the fish sandwich 2 of them. Both had what looked like 1/4 of a piece/slice of cheese on them normally have 1 whole slice, and little tarter sauce like 1/8 of a teaspoon, and looked like they threw them together because both sandwiches the fish stick(more a part of a fish than a whole one was more out of the buns then in them. The service was slow,but they were packed on the drive up windows. But it appears they were running out of stuff hence the lack of cheese and tartar sauce, and fish. And in too much of a hurry to put the sandwiches together properly. Either that or it's just hard to fine good help these days. Don't get me wrong they were nice, but frantic.

Ordered at kiosk, took number and placed on table. Once order was ready, it would be brought to table. Waited and watched customers come and go. After 15 minutes I went to counter and asked for my order. It was sitting on a tray, waiting for someone to bring it to my table. Had to ask for cup to get my drink. Fries were cold and soggy. Burger was thrown together and the coke, from dining area was not mixed correct. During my wait I witnessed 2 customers from the drive thru come in because orders were not correct. One of the employees was disrupting the others by showing them things on her cell phone. Same employee got her food, while customers were waiting. Another employee was walking around, saying things to other employees, cackling and not physically doing anything. Again....ice cream/shake machine but working. This is not the first time this location has provided BAD service. This won't change things, but it's time a review was done.

I'm so torn....how can a McDonalds be so on point in the morning and completely fall apart in the evening?!?!? Every time we go there in the evening, it's a mess....Noone is taking orders and if you say hello...they get mad at you...even if you've been sitting there with Noone else in Line for 8minutes!!! Yes...I counted once!! And then the food is messed up!! It's crazy! I will never go back in the evening. The morning crew is great!!!

This McDonalds has the rudest customer service ever. I go here at least once a week thanks to my kids and everytime I get some smart A person either taking my order or handing me the food. I’ve been overcharged multiple times and challenged on what their app says. It’s seriously getting to the point I’m going to tell my kids McDonalds is out of the weekly rotation. They really need to train those dealing directly with the customers. No one wants to be mistreated while spending their money.
