21st Amendment Bar & Kitchen

We came here last night and were impressed. We tend to frequent Montrose & Heights for High end bars. This was a High end cocktail bar with fair prices (many great cocktails for under $10) and more homey service than is typical with wait staff coming by frequently to check on us. Generous happy hour lasted till 7 on Friday. We got the Sipper (light, cucumber cocktail with a little kick) and the Trinidad Sour (wonderfully complex and mineral cocktail) and a couple craft brews. Being advertised as a cocktail bar, the craft beer selection was impressive and prices fair. The bar bites were solid. The goat cheese bacon wrapped dates were unique and amazing. The grilled chicken pesto was tasty to me, and wife seemed to love it. We spent our time on the patio (open feel with nice furniture), but the inside is very pretty (not dark as some of the photos may portray). Overall a great place to grab drinks, especially if you are looking for more than just burger & fried to snack. Happy to see a place like this in Cyprus.

Hands down the best order-at-the-bar cocktail bar in cypress. They had a really talented piano player playing and singing inside, and a heated patio with TVs outside. I had an old fashioned, and one of their signature cocktails and both were made quickly and perfectly. For food I ordered four different appetizers, and all of them were tasty especially the bacon wrapped dates with goat cheese and deep fried deviled eggs. I'm not a beer fan but they seem to have a ton of craft beer options and a huge wine menu. I'd recommend this place for happy hour and for dates! Also there is plenty of parking behind the building if you're wondering.

If you are looking for a full meal look elsewhere but if you want to snack on some exquisite food and drink from a larger variety of wine, beer, and cocktails this is the place for you. Equipped with both indoor and outdoor seating and an events room there is room for parties of various size. The music is always tasteful and at an appropriate volume. Highly recommend this place for a date. EDIT: this place has changed ownership. Same menu, decor is completely different. my wife and I went once and the staff was less professional than the last crew and the decor was jarring. We have switched up our wine bar destination and do not come here any longer.

Great local lounge and grill. Staff is personal and friendly. Owner is on site most of the time and visits with the customers. Food is tasty and fairly priced. Most drinks are $8-$12. Weeknight dinner specials are worth stopping in. Uber here and home and you’ll have a lot of fun. Outdoor open fire on cool evenings.

We were drinking wine and got ignored, sitting at the bar. The people drinking mixed/specialty drinks got great service. Had to flag someone down to order food & to get check. No one asked us how our food was. Would of stayed longer to listen to the musician, but wasn't worth the effort of getting waited on.
